I have been practicing the headstand (shirshasana) for many years. Started as a kid doing it against the wall but have taken it more seriously since the past couple of years. And i have surely progressed. From the wall, to a foot away from the wall, holding for 10 seconds to 1 minute, 3 minutes and now i can hold with ease for even 7-8 minutes.
The point i want to make here is that, there is absolutely no short cut to anything. We have to be persistent and patient. And the results will come slowly, step-by-step. That's how life is!!
