Health Tip

If you are upset, go light on your stomach. Have more fruits, salads, juices. Our attitude plays a very important role in digestion and absorption of food that we eat. Anger, jealousy, worry, stress, emotional turmoil etc hamper digestion in a big way. Try this yourself and experience.

any food which has a label on it is not fresh and hence not very healthy. fruit & vegetable juices are best had fresh. labelled foods are processed with artificial preservatives, sugars etc. they have more toxins. drink the juice within 30 minutes of taking it out for best nutritents.
